1. We perform a site survey

Before any work is started we spend time to get to know your particular requirements, at this stage we can talk about ideas and determine the most efficient way to inform and direct people using your facilities.

2. Design

Where an existing style is in place, we can match colours, fonts and layouts to complement your corporate identity perfectly and are equally happy working with under direction from your designer or existing design material. Our reputation and continuing success, is founded upon the quality of our design. We can also design and develop a new identity, which may be used throughout your business and can offer design ideas which can enhance your businesses image.

3. Planning

We have excellent, working relationships with local authorities and have a comprehensive understanding of planning regulations for both standard and listed building applications. By using this expertise we are able to provide you with signage that satisfies the requirements of both you and planning authorities.

4. Manufacture

All of our bespoke sign solutions are manufactured in-house to high standards ensuring that signs are structurally sound and fit for their intended purpose, whilst maintaining high levels of design that our customers have become accustomed to. Our manufacturing facility includes a full sheet metal workshop, an in-house powder coating plant, laser cutting along with many other processes including full colour digital printing, engraving and laser etching.

5. Installation

We complete as much work as possible off-site in order to simplify installation to minimise disruption at your premises. Our on-site installation team are highly experienced, and fully grasp the need for installation to be as safe, clean, quiet all carried out in as short a time as is possible without jeopardizing the end product.

We have all necessary PASMA and IPAF certificates for working at height and always adhere to Health & Safety procedures. We are members of the Safe Contractors Accreditation Scheme and are fully conversant with the recent DDA requirements.

6. Project Management

At Impressions we take a very much structured approach towards delivery of our signage ensuring our clients requirements are fully met. Following your initial enquiry, we then arrange a meeting, usually at your premises or intended site location. We then work on a brief, using our experienced design team to produce concepts based upon your specifications. If you have a corporate ID we will work to those parameters ensuring a consistent brand across your business.

We then manufacture and install your signage. For a standard order, our production lead-time is usually between two to four weeks.

7. Safety & Quality

Here at Impressions Signs we fully committed to quality being at the centre of everything we do. We constantly review our manufacturing, project management and installation processes to ensure that our clients receive products of the highest quality, delivered with excellent customer service. Once the installation is completed, photographs are taken and maintained on file for future reference ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
